Top 5 things to do in Prague, Czech Republic

Z gave me a trip to Prague on valentines day 2017. It was a fun trip especially because it is not too far away from Stockholm. The city is very pretty with very beautiful and victorian architecture and ubers here are crazy cheap, haha. A 25 minute ride might end up being 10 Euros which compared to Sweden is robery lol.

I had read and heard that people in East Europe have another type of mentality than the swedish and that you should not take it personal if they sound angry. It was really true, there were a couple of times I felt sad because people were not nice the way we are used to. Please remember that it is just a diffrent culture.

Otherwise the food and beer is very cheap and you can get a beer for less than 1 euro in the city and food for 5 Euro in regular spots.

We were there in Februry and according to the locas, there was not much to do. The season for festivals and other fun activities all around the city is during summer time.

We were in Prag for 5 days, here is our top 5 things to do there:

1. Visit Old town square and see the Prague astronomical clock

Walk around here and enjoy the view and dont forget to have a beer in between.:)

The place is over 100 years old and is called café Louvre  and the address there is Národní 22, 110 00 Nové Město, Czechia. The place is very authentic and they have kept the same style since  Einstein visited this place with his intelectual friends  when in Prague. When visiting, you feel like you have beek taken back in time. We liked the place a lot and you can go here for breakfast, lunch, dinner or to just take a coffe or glass of wine.

3. Visit Prague Castle-  Pražský hrad

Prague Castle, Prague

The place is beautiful and you have a nice veiw over the city. It is very popular too, so expect a crowd. We were there at low season so there were not that many people. They have a nice café at the top overlooking the city, take a glas of wine and  enjoy the sun and the beautiful landscape.

4. Visit Charles Bridge
